Fantastic Customer Service. I have dealt with customer service departments of music companies for 40 years. Some, even the very largest of companies, has been awful and very dismissive, and some have been very good, but Thomann has been the friendliest, most efficient, and most prompt at responding to queries and issues.

A shame I can't leave a zero star… A shame I can't leave a zero star review. The product I ordered arrived damaged and then Thomann tried to blame UPS, despite the fact that the slight crease on the outer packing case (which was barely visible on the inner packing, and the instrument was in a case inside that anyway!) was in the wrong place!

My Thomann guitar arrived a few days ago. As other have said it is quite a good instrument, I changed some of the strings and they are settling down now ; this morning I could play it straight away without 5 or 10 minutes tuning, which was nice!

Nu na deze review,beoordeling, bieden ze gehoor?? Zoals ik al melde, het heeft alleen maar geld gekost. Daarnaast heeft heeft thomann ook nog geprobeerd, een factuur testuren omdat de zending incompleet was. Gelukig had ik fotomatariaal, waarin alles in de doos retour gaat. Stuur me de gitaar maar, dan zullen we de review aanpassen.
